This is not my favorite song of hers but it's arguably the best.

I adore Kate Bush. I adored Tori Amos for awhile. Tubular Bells is without question a masterpiece that ages like a fine wine. These three pieces of music should go wonderfully well together, but I don't feel Tori did her best by them. I'd like to have seen maybe a full philharmonic orchestra behind her.

This was a crazy show! I've rarely been so cold in my life. We all showed up in summer clothes, shorts and T-shirts for a warm day at the castle. The security was very strict. So bringing extra clothes wasn't an option. When the sun went down the temperature dropped really fast. Tori gave an excellent show, but in the clips you can tell that even see she was cold. The crowd ran up much earlier that usual to generate heat!! Tori comments on this in this video. LOL. It was the one time in my life I was actually glad when the show was over. Still this is the only time Ive seen Forest of Glass live!!!

I always see parallels between Tori and Kate, now listening her covering "Running...", her voice is so similar. Fits perfectly.

This is so good the mix of 'running up that hill ' with 'God', Kate Bush wanted her son to be called 'a deal with God' but the record company told her she couldn't have a title with God in it, Tori's Amos couldn't get signed in America so they sent her to the UK because Kate Bush had done well in the UK so she might be accepted there. Tori writes the song 'God' so it is particularly poetic that Tori should mix the songs and sing them together.
